Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use TeacherDox, a service of TeacherDox Private Limited ("TeacherDox", "we"). By signing up or using TeacherDox you agree to them.

The service

TeacherDox turns the board photos, voice notes and text that teachers send on WhatsApp into teaching diary entries, and shows them to the teacher, their headmaster and the education officials for their school, as described in our Privacy Notice.

Your account

• Your account is linked to your WhatsApp number. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can send messages from your number can add entries to your diary.
• The details you give (name, school, designation) must be accurate. Headmasters confirm that they are authorised to register their school.

Free trial and payment

• Teachers get a free trial, after which a paid plan applies, as shown on our Pricing page. Schools may pay for their teachers instead.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice on WhatsApp. A change never affects a month you have already paid for.

Your content

• The photos, voice notes, text and diary entries you create remain yours.
• You allow us to store and process them only to provide TeacherDox to you, your school and the officials who can see your diary.
• Diary entries are drafted by AI. Please check them before signing; you are responsible for what you sign.

Fair use

Use TeacherDox only for teaching records. Do not send content that is unlawful, abusive, or about people unrelated to your teaching, and do not try to disrupt or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep TeacherDox available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using TeacherDox at any time, and ask us to delete your account by sending "delete my account" on WhatsApp. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
